Important Notice to Employees of Prévention Noctis Inc.

We would like to inform all employees of Prévention Noctis Inc. that the company transferred its assets on June 18th.

The Parity Committee for security guards has filed a claim with the bankruptcy trustee handling the case and is actively working to compile the necessary information to claim all unpaid wages as part of the bankruptcy proceedings.

If you have not yet filed a complaint, we invite you to contact the Parity Committee to report any unpaid wages. You can share your situation with us by using the Complaint Form.

We also remind you that it is essential to communicate directly with the trustee to obtain information about the Wage Protection Program (WPP) and to understand the steps you need to follow to complete your request.
