According to Article 4.1.04 of the\u00a0Decree<\/a><\/u>, an eligible employee is required to become a member of the collective RRSP by completing the enrolment form for the plan chosen by the parity committee. Furthermore, the employee must submit a proof of enrolment to his employer in order to receive benefits under the collective RRSP.<\/span><\/p>
