consecutive months during which an employee progressively obtains his entitlement to annual vacation.<\/p><p>This period extends from 1 May of the preceding year to 30 April of the current year or calendar year, except when a collective agreement establishes another date for the beginning of the said period, which cannot be changed during the term of the Decree.<\/p><p>The employer must advise the parity committee in written of his decision within the 15 days following 4 December
