Time banking ? No way !

For the purpose of calculating overtime hours, the standard workweek is 40 hours. An employer may not stagger the hours of work of his employees. Overtime hours are paid time and a half the usual wage received by the employee.

Banking hours or staggering hours worked over more than one week is an illegal practice to avoid payment of time and a half.
