NOTICE of Publication in LA GAZETTE OFFICIELLE du Québec : Decree to amend the Decree respecting security guards

Please find enclosed a copy of the Notice of amendment published in the Gazette officielle du Québec of April 18^th, 2012.

 

The draft Decree excludes from the jurisdiction of the Decree respecting security guards, employees involved in the operation of a parking lot, unless they monitor, watch or protect property or premises as part of their functions to prevent theft, fire and vandalism.

 

The draft Decree may be made by the Government on the expiry of 45 days following its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
